With over 30 years in the health and wellness space, Marie Hayden brings a deep, compassionate approach to supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies and reclaiming their vitality.
A Certified Pilates Instructor, Holistic Health Coach, and Nutrition Specialist, Marie has dedicated her life to helping others heal, strengthen, and thrive - especially through life’s transitions.
Her journey began in 1994 as a personal trainer, evolving into a specialisation in pre/postnatal fitness, active aging, and holistic nutrition.
After overcoming her own struggles with chronic health issues, food intolerances, and injury, Marie immersed herself in naturopathic healing, functional movement, and Pilates - tools she now uses to guide others back to balance.
As founder of Bliss Pilates Wellness and a published author, Marie shares her knowledge through teacher training programs, the ReNEWU series of cookbooks and meal plans, and transformational wellness coaching.
Her approach blends evidence-based strategies with personalised support, always honouring each client’s unique needs, rhythms, and goals.

Booking Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Practitioner's' day that could have been filled by another client.
As such, please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
