Not quite ready to commit to a plan? That's ok! I also offer a 90 Minute Hormone Health Evaluation Session for those clients who may not be ready to jump into a full plan just yet. These 90 minute sessions are a thorough evaluation of your overall hormonal health. We aim to identify possible hormonal imbalances that could be behind your current symptoms (acne, fertility issues, PMS, and more). We address eating habits, exercise, and lifestyle through a hormonal lens and can speak about a plan to support you for sustainable change. It's time to stop guessing what your body needs... If you’re feeling exhausted, bloated, out of sync or simply not like yourself - you know it’s time for a new kind of support. Let’s help you find the right path forward.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Practitioner's' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
